Stunning Niagara River Views

I loved my stay at Premier Collection! The river view from my room was fine, making for a beautiful morning view while sipping coffee. The staff provided excellent service and were very friendly. A few cleanliness issues were noted, but overall, I enjoyed the atmosphere.

I had a lovely stay at the Crowne Plaza in Niagara Falls. The river view from my King Room was absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to that view every morning felt refreshing. The indoor pool area was another highlight, providing a relaxing spot to unwind. Staff were friendly, always ready to assist, which made the experience feel welcoming. Unfortunately, I did encounter a few hiccups. The room could have used some better cleaning. I noticed some dust on surfaces and the tub switch didn't work. Also, the parking fee was a surprise, and it would've been nice to know in advance. Overall, the stay exceeded my expectations, but a few adjustments could make it even better.

The $10 daily parking fee is a rip-off!!! !!! The elevators are slow and unreliable!!! Outdoor areas are poorly maintained, which is disappointing given the stunning views!!!

would like to stay longer

The room was spacious with an adapted bath and hearing accessible features. The fitness center was well-equipped. The indoor pool was warm and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The views of the river were breathtaking, making for a stunning backdrop throughout the stay.

Great river view and comfy room, a lovely spot to unwind from sightseeing. Plenty of nearby attractions and the indoor pool was a hit!

Had to dodge room service like it was hide-and-seek—no knock, just a surprise entrance!

Solid stay for a group but not cheap

The view of the river was very nice especially at sunset I felt like I was in a postcard. Also the pool facilities were excellent with plenty of space for everyone to enjoy.

It wasn’t exactly affordable but it was acceptable.

Facilities lacked some basic essentials, like hair dryers and functional coffee machines, which could have made the stay more convenient. The breakfast spread didn’t match expectations, with greasy offerings lacking in variety and warmth.

Plus, the staff was super friendly and attentive! the spacious pool area was a hit with the kids, and lounging by the water was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring.

But let's keep it real—having to pay for parking felt like a sneaky charge. And the room, while spacious, had a few cleanliness issues that could be cleaned up, like those cobwebs that just didn't vibe well with the river view experience.
